Non-Food Applications

In addition to food sectors, Kliklok International packaging machinery is widely used for non-food applications. Kliklok cartoning machinery excels in handling special carton shapes and is easily integrated with ancillary machinery to provide customised packaging systems. For nearly sixty years, leading consumer goods packagers have relied on us to deliver cost-effective, innovative and reliable packaging machines for varied applications — razor blades, home storage bags and containers, air-fresheners, votive candles, greeting cards, videos, food wrap, lithographic film wrappers, and on and on. It is a track record that says we can deliver a system for practically any application.

Endload
Kliklok endload cartoning solutions are not designed from a “general purpose” perspective. They are carefully engineered to faithfully match specific application requirements based on exact speed and size-range requirements. Customised solutions from a wide range of endload cartoner options insure proven performance.

Topload
As we’ve said before, the name Kliklok is synonymous with topload cartoning systems. We invented the mechanical lock-formed carton and have consistently led the industry with product innovation — from lock-formers and glue-formers to our new Variable pitch carton closers.

VFFS
Kliklok International offers the full range of Woodman vertical-form-fill-seal systems to the snack food, bakery, confectionery, and frozen food industries. The breadth of the current product line and the steady pace of ongoing innovations allow us to match a complete range of bagmakers with the right filling system.

Wraparound
Kliklok International’s “Certipak” cartoners were pioneers in wraparound cartoning — a technique which uses less materials without reducing any of the billboard effect. Today, this economical, innovative and more-popular-by-the day package style is not a focus for most manufacturers. Our role as one of the original developers in this arena has allowed us to be involved with many different applications. And we offer multiple machines to handle everything from single-component packages to stacked and multiple-component packaging.
