Overview
The GLC, Kliklok's high-speed lugless-style carton closer is designed to seal tri-seal, top-load cartons with hot-melt adhesive at speeds up to 250 cartons per minute. The Genesis Closer features tandem belt carton transport for positive carton control without lugs. This permits random carton arrival and infeed timing, faster speeds, a wide carton size range, and fast changeover. The GLC's unique carton turning bed insures positive charlotte sealing, reduced carton jams and greater line efficiency. An optional carton squaring lug kit is available when there is need to stabilize long, narrow cartons and to control cartons which contain unstable products.
