Kliklok & Vortex supply Cartoning line to Chile

In a joint project with CT Pack (Vortex) Italy, Kliklok have recently supplied a new automatic product handling & cartoning line at El Globo food company in Chile.
The requirement was to pack 6 individually flow wrapped muesli bars into an end load carton. CT Pack provided their Vortex automatic loading system, which placed the bars on edge and collated them into groups of 6. These were then cross-pushed into the extended pocketed infeed of Kliklok’s well-proven medium speed SFR cartoning machine.
In a competitive market, the SFR end loader was chosen for its short footprint, patented rotary carton feeder, powered carton hopper, and robust stainless steel construction as standard, with a speed capability of 120 cartons per minute. Key benefits to the customer include low noise emissions, ease of cleaning, minimal maintenance and as the machine is shipped fully asssembled there is no re-building on site, and moving it within a production area is quick & simple.
