Kliklok gets repeat order for soft cheese sleeving

Back in 2006 Kliklok supplied top load and wraparound cartoning equipment to Italian company Corazza – as part of a fully integrated soft cheese production line for their client in Saudi Arabia.
The customised line included a Kliklok SRWD tray forming machine, producing 5 different sizes of special shallow tray with ‘turn-over’ buffer walls and a single central lock-in tab with tamper evident feature. Individual foil wrapped squares of soft cheese were placed in the tray, prior to entering the ‘smart belt’ infeed of a Kliklok Certiwrap C150 sleeving machine. This wrapped a flat carton around the filled tray at 85 sleeves per minute.
Now in 2010, after 4 years of continuously good performance, Kliklok are about to deliver a 2nd Certiwrap C150 machine to Corazza.
This again gives the end user a fully automated cartoning system, providing a tight and secure sleeve wrap around the trays of cheese.
