Kliklok SFR packs Bird Food

To add to the success of their popular SFR end load cartoner range, Kliklok has just installed an SFR120 model at CéDé Birdfoods in Belgium, running single 1kg foil bags of bird-seed.
Due to increased production, this new machine is to replace a Kliklok K100 model which has been running efficiently for many years.
The SFR was recommended & chosen by CéDé for its short footprint, patented rotary carton feeder, and its robust stainless steel construction, plus the benefit of easy, repeatable size change for future production requirements.
The machine’s modular design concept enables a variety of infeed & product handling options – including hand load, ‘smartbelt’, right angle transfer, collating and stacking.
CéDé Birdfoods chose to integrate their new SFR120 with their existing Kliklok IPTU product transfer unit, which automatically times the bags arriving in a random queue, prior to cartoning on the SFR at 120 per minute.
