Kliklok Celebrates 60 Certiwraps!

Kliklok International is celebrating the continued success of their CERTIWRAP® range of ‘wraparound’ cartoning machines. Since the launch of the range six years ago, Kliklok has sold 60 machines to customers throughout the world.
The company originally developed the Certiwrap range to cater for the growing trend for sleeving chilled ready meals throughout Europe. However over the years Certiwrap machines have been supplied to accommodate a much wider variety of products:
· Household sponges in Saudi Arabia
· Tetrapak bottles in Finland
· Soup pots in the USA
· Tinned tuna in France
· Rice bowls in Russia
· Snack tubs in Australia
· Canned meat in Denmark
· Ice cream in Brazil
· Desserts, yoghurts, trifles, baked beans and savoury dips in the UK
The Certiwrap really is versatile!
Kliklok offers the Certiwrap C80, capable of up to 80 sleeves per minute, and the C150, which as the name suggests runs up to 150 per minute, with higher speed versions on request. Both machines now include a quick 3-dimensional size change capability as standard to minimise downtime, plus a choice of infeed modules to enable such a wide variety of products to be sleeved.
These benefits, combined with the Certiwrap’s ability to handle a range of wrap-around carton formats (including “watch-strap” designs, shaped sleeves, economy styles and stand-up ‘display’ style packages) mean that producers can switch rapidly from one product line to another – essential for any busy packing line.
